Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Italian Cuisine Head Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation.
Duties:
- Lead and manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and supervision
- Plan and create innovative menus that meet quality standards
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Monitor and control food costs and maintain inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop seasonal offerings and special dishes
- Manage kitchen operations during service hours
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food management, and kitchen operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively
- Proficient in menu planning, recipe development, and inventory control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field is preferred
